Refund Policy

  • If the airport is responsible for blocking the client, the client will not receive any refund.
  • If we are responsible for the client not receiving the service:
    • If we have already started providing the service, the client will wait 90 days to receive 50% of the amount paid.
    • If we have not started the service at all:
      • If 4 days have not yet passed, the client will receive a 100% refund.
